Take a scenic walk with an Adnyamathanha cultural guide from Bookabee Tours to an ancient Aboriginal Rock Art site. See ochre paintings depicting the creation of Ikara-Wilpena Pound and hear the Adnyamathanha story about its creation. Learn about plants and animals in the area along the walk, and enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. (40 min walk each way including stops for interpretation and photos and 25 - 30 mins at site for storytelling– Moderate uphill walk).

This event will involve walking the Arkaroo Rock Hike Trail, which is 3km in length. The trail has a moderate incline and is unsealed. A moderate level of fitness is recommended.
