During this special intergenerational event you will hear a story told with music, meet some inspirational people from Ovingham Greening, learn to sow native everlasting seeds and visit a nearby Bee, Bird, and Butterfly Garden.
Everyone leaves with a natural treasure and an envelope of seeds.
After the interactive Parfitt Square storytelling, take a 7-minute guided stroll to check out how Ovingham Greening transformed some derelict land into a flourishing Bee, Bird, and Butterfly Garden.
When you return to Parfitt Square, enjoy a mug of hot chocolate.
If you have time to stick around, pack a picnic and enjoy some games like totem tennis and skipping.
This event is for story lovers, nature lovers and the 'nature curious'! It is for people of every age, especially those who love an inspirational local story.
