Explore, discover and learn about the great shorebird migration! Proudly supported by the Alexandrina Council.
Come and learn all about the amazing shorebirds that migrate to Australia from the Artic Circle and back again through fun, movement and interactive engagement. Children will fly, feed and move like birds as they explore just how far these birds have to fly, and the landmarks they see on their journey.
What happens to their feathers as they change locations? What do they feed on in different parts of the world? And how tiring is it to fly for 9 days straight?!
Children from 5 to 10yrs and caregivers (Caregivers must be present for the session)
$5 per family (up to 4 people)
Please note: We will be taking photos of the activity. If you do not wish to be a part of photos, please let us know on arrival
