Exhibited for the first time on the Limestone Coast, 'This Storm is Called Progress' is a multimedia installation by award-winning artist Grayson Cooke.
Cooke’s work sits at the intersection of art and science, exploring the resilience and frailty of our planet. By juxtaposing Cooke’s footage of the Naracoorte Caves against satellite images of Antarctic ice shelves, the work pits the ‘deep time’ of ancient geological formations against the Anthropogenic present.
