Bird in Hand winery was founded in the Adelaide Hills in 1997. The founding principle of Bird in Hand is to be at the pinnacle of sustainable winemaking, contemporary art, bespoke experiences and social advocacy. The three homes of Bird in Hand include Peramangk Land (Woodside, SA), Paredarerme Land (Seymour, TAS) and Ngarrindjeri Land (Finniss River, SA).
